Our RV Rates

Hydro will be charged back to tenant annually as per meter readings.
$514 / MONTH (PAID MONTHLY)
$487 / MONTH (PAID UPFRONT FOR 6 MONTHS)
Residency on the property is only permitted for the summer season between April 1st to September 30th. For the winter season between October 1st to March 31st, the RV or trailers can be kept onsite as storage. Minimum 1 year contract.
THE TRAILER PARK IS LOCATED IN AN AREA ZONED FOR COMMERCIAL USE AND IS DESIGNATED FOR RECREATIONAL USE ONLY. RV TENANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LIVE PERMANENTLY ON SITE YEAR-ROUND.
